This half term, we are exploring electricity. This week, we looked at simple circuits and built our own using wires, bulbs and batteries. We noticed that if the wire was touching the plastic around the bulb or the battery, the light wouldn’t come one. This is because metal is a conductor of electricity, but plastic isn’t.
