The School Nursing Service for Bradford offers a range of support for children and young people aged 5 to 19 and their parents/carers. The team works alongside the Health Visiting Team and can provide advice and help navigate care. They can offer support for general health issues, emotional and mental health issues, basic sexual health advice, sleep issues, developmental or coordination concerns, and primary nocturnal enuresis. Appointments can be offered virtually, via video or telephone contact, or face-to-face. It is not an emergency service, and immediate or urgent concerns should be directed to NHS 111, a GP, or the First Response crisis service.
