YR 2 Computing – Creating Panoramic Photos

This week in Computing, Year 2 explored panoramic photography using the iPads! 📱

We learned that a panorama is a special kind of photo that lets us capture a really wide or tall view by slowly moving the camera as we take the picture.

The children practised taking both horizontal panoramas (to capture wide scenes like the playground or classroom) and vertical panoramas (to capture tall things like trees or buildings).

They had to hold the iPad steady and move carefully to make sure their photo joined together smoothly.

Our young photographers were so proud to see how much more they could fit into their pictures. Well done, Year 2! 📸✨
