Coat of Hopes

Today, the Coat of Hopes was brought to our school by Reverend and Mrs Hinton for us to look at. The Coat is a special patch work coat and is made up of pieces of blanket into which people have worked their griefs, remembrances, prayers and hopes for the place they call home. Look at the amazing detail. This coat has travelled far and wide and people have added to it along the way. Next week it journeys on to Haworth, home of the Bronte Sisters.
