Today, we have been looking at irreversible and reversible changes and to investigate this further, we used jelly to see how different temperatures water would affect the jelly particles.
We ensured we made this a fair test and used the same type of jelly, amount of water and amount of time.
We discovered that temperature really affected the jelly and determined if it would set or not.
