We started by thinking about connections in our own lives and how we are linked to other people. The children then made the connection to computers, learning how devices are linked together in a network.

We looked at a real network switch and cables, helping the children understand how information travels between devices. Using the computers, they then drew and labelled diagrams to show how information is passed between connected devices.
