In computing this week, Year 2 explored how information technology is used beyond school.

We discussed where we can find IT in the real world, such as medical scanners in hospitals, digital signs in train stations, and traffic light systems. The children talked about how these technologies help people in everyday life.

They then chose an example of IT, and explained why it is important and created an illustration to match.
