YR 1 Design & Technology

In Design and Technology, Year 1 learned about the Maasai tribe in Africa and created their own African-style bracelets inspired by traditional Maasai designs.

The children used bright colours, which each have special meanings, and followed repeating patterns, just like Maasai do in their jewellery.
