ISSUE 94 - 3rd October 2025

Dear Parents and Carers,

IMPORTANT

Please DO NOT send any food to school for packed lunches that contains nuts, especially PEANUTS.

We have children in school who are extremely allergic and would require medical attention if they came into contact with any nut products.

Children will not be allowed to eat food containing nuts if it is found in their lunch box.

Thank you for your co-operation with this very important matter.

School Water Bottles

School Water Bottles are available from the Sycamore Office for £2.50.  Children should not be bringing over-sized water bottles from home.  Please purchase a school water bottle if your child does not have one. Thank you.

Harvest Donations

We will be celebrating Harvest in church on 8th October.  Before then we are asking for donations of tinned or dried food that will be given to local charities who support those in need and those who are homeless.  If everyone in school brought one item that would be over 400 tins/packets of food to help others in need.  Donations can be given to the school offices or your child's teacher.  Thank you for supporting us with this.

Advanced notice - Learning Reviews

This term's Learning Reviews will be on Wednesday 22nd October and Thursday 23rd October.  This year parents will be able to book their own appointment time via the Arbor Parent Portal.  We will let you know when appointments are available to book however, if you still do not have the app, please ensure school has an up to date email address and you have logged in to activate your account.  Help with this is available from Sycamore office.

Best Wishes,

From Miss Loughlin and all the staff at St Stephen's.
