Year 5 Ledston Hall

Jowett and Salt class visited Ledston Hall this week and have a fantastic time learning about the countryside and various animals, they also got to take part in building their own dens!  Have a look at the images in the blog.

Year 6 Dixons Reminder

If you wish to apply for a secondary place at any of the Dixons schools, it requires an additional form to be completed and the deadline for this is 30th September.  If you need any support with this then please speak to Mr Procter.  All other schools deadline is 31^st October.

Harvest Donations

We will be celebrating Harvest in church on 8^th October.  Before then we are asking for donations of tinned or dried food that will be given to local charities who support those in need and those who are homeless.  If everyone in school brought one item that would be over 400 tins/packets of food to help others in need.  Donations can be given to the school offices or your child's teacher.  Thank you for supporting us with this.

School Nurse

Our school nurse will be at Parent Cafe on Wednesday 1^st October - do come along if you have any questions regarding medical matters with your child.  9am in the Orchard.

Advanced notice - Learning Reviews

This term's Learning Reviews will be on Wednesday 22^nd October and Thursday 23^rd October.  This year parents will be able to book their own appointment time via the Arbor Parent Portal.  We will let you know when appointments are available to book however, if you still do not have the app, please ensure school has an uptodate email address and you have logged in to activate your account.  Help with this is available from Sycamore office.
