ISSUE 122 - 19th June 2026

Dear Parents and Carers,

This Week in School

It has been another busy and exciting week at school!

Our Year 6 pupils have thoroughly enjoyed their swimming sessions, which have now come to an end. We are very proud of their progress and enthusiasm throughout the programme. Swimming lessons will now continue with our Year 5 children.

EYFS and KS1 had a fantastic time taking part in a Circus Workshop this week. The children enjoyed learning a variety of circus skills and had lots of fun trying out different activities throughout the day.

Parent Cafe

Our Parent Café has now finished for this academic year and will return in September. Thank you to everyone who has attended and supported these sessions throughout the year – we have enjoyed welcoming you and look forward to seeing you again after the summer break.

Reminder for Parents and Carers

With the warmer weather continuing, please ensure your child brings a named water bottle to school every day so they can stay hydrated.

Best Wishes from Miss Loughlin and all the staff at St Stephen's

Little Wandle - Letters And Sounds.

The resources on this site will help you support your child with saying their sounds and writing their letters. There are also some useful videos so you can see how they are taught at school and feel confident about supporting their reading at home.
