Dear Parents and Carers,
This week we have had several visitors to school including Bradford Bulls who delivered a whole school collective worship to tell the children about their sport and the importance of staying active; and year 5 took part in a very interesting workshop about renewable energy and electric cars.
Next week, year 1 Delius children will be visiting a local synagogue as part of the RE curriculum (Hockney are visiting the week after), and year 5 Salt class are visiting Bagshaw Museum in Batley to learn more about the Ancient Egyptians. Jowett class will be going to the museum on 12th February for the same experience. Look out for information about their visits in next week's newsletter.

Learning Reviews 11th and 12th February
Learning Reviews will take place on Wednesday 11th and Thursday 12th February. We will be using the Arbor app again for booking. The booking window opens on Monday 26th January at 9:30. Please look out for the notification in your app and book your appointments.
Leave of Absence Request
A reminder that as a school we have to follow local and national guidance around term time absence. Therefore, requests for leave of absence/extended leave will not be authorised and absences of 10 sessions or more may result in a fine. These fines are issued by Bradford Council, not the school.
We hope you all have a lovely weekend.
Best wishes from Miss Loughlin and all the staff at St Stephen's.
