ISSUE 100 - 28th November 2025

Dear Parents and Carers,

Advent

Next week sees the start of Advent in the church calendar, when Christians begin preparing for Christmas and remembering the birth of Jesus.  To mark this, the whole school will be attending church on Wednesday morning for a special Collective Worship.

What's the Story ?

On Wednesday, year 2 will be taking part in a workshop at St Stephen's Church to learn more about the Nativity story.  Do ask them what they have learnt and look out for photographs in next week's newsletter.

Advance Notice - Winter Fair

Winter Fair - the annual Winter Fair will be held in Sycamore Hall from 1:15pm on Friday 12th December.  Do join us for a fun afternoon and the chance to visit Santa!  All proceeds go towards school funds.  Due to the fair, afternoon nursery will be closed on this day.

Wraparound Care Questionnaire

Here at St Stephen's we are looking to provide an option for before school and after school childcare, and possible holiday clubs.  If this is something you would be interested in, please complete the questionnaire here: https://forms.gle/AJUPdphJgEZEPqzK9#

We hope you all have a lovely weekend.

Best wishes from Miss Loughlin and all the staff at St Stephen's.
