We carefully traced the USA flag onto cotton, then coloured it using either paint, fabric pens or felt tips and then either glued or sewed the edge. This allowed us to put either a piece of dowel or paper straw on to hold the flag up! 

We all picked what materials we would like to use, and we’re all super resilient with our sewing!
