In Computing, children were identifying the properties of objects to help us group them.
Year 1 looked at words we could use to describe an object, such as: big, small, blue, square etc.
Children were then asked to find an object in the classroom that matched a particular colour. They then drew the object on paper.
We took this a step further and re-drew our object digitally then used a microphone to record our voices explaining what we had drawn and the properties of our object. This was great fun!
